I had 5 years' worth of apartment life to undo before handover, including all the little sticky wall hooks and hangers everyone uses when they're not supposed to drill. Andrew didn't need me to walk him through every single mark, he just found it all and sorted it. Removed, repaired, and repainted, including a few chips I caused myself and a couple of spots I didn't even realise were damaged until they were already fixed. I left him an empty apartment and got back one that looked better than when I moved in. Got my bond back without a single deduction. Same quote from start to finish, no surprises. Andrew did a fabulous job for us updating all of our exterior trims, pergola & eaves, some of which were difficult to access. His work is meticulous & of a high standard, & he's well priced.
